This Privacy Policy applies to Sandro's Pizzeria ("Sandro's", "we", "us", "our"), operating from Shop 12, Kellyville Plaza, Kellyville NSW 2155, Australia, and to our website at sandropizzeria.wolfiq.cloud, our mobile ordering app, and our in-store services.

You can opt out at any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any marketing SMS. Transactional messages (like order confirmations) will continue regardless.

07Data security & retention

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure servers, restricted staff access, and reputable payment partners who are PCI-DSS compliant.

We keep your information only as long as we need it. Order records are retained for 7 years to meet Australian tax law. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted on request, subject to any legal obligations.

No system is bulletproof, but we take security seriously and will notify you and the relevant authorities if a notifiable data breach ever affects you.

09Children's privacy

Our services are intended for customers aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
