The short version: place an order, we make pizza, we get it to you hot. Pay what's on the menu, treat our team kindly, and if something's not right we'll make it right. The detail below is the formal version.
By ordering from Sandro's Pizzeria, using our website, or visiting one of our stores, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

"Sandro's Pizzeria", "Sandro's", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sandro's Pizzeria, located at Shop 12, Kellyville Plaza, Kellyville NSW 2155, Australia. You can reach us at info@sandropizzeria.com.au or (02) 0000 0000.
You can place an order online, through our app, by phone, or in store. When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy the items at the listed price. Your order is only confirmed once we accept it and you receive a confirmation message.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion if:

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices online and in store may differ slightly, and surcharges may apply on public holidays — we'll always show the final price before you confirm an order.
Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
We deliver to Kellyville and surrounding suburbs. The delivery zone, fee, and minimum order value will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on order volume, weather, and traffic.
You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive your order. If our driver can't reach you after reasonable attempts, your order may be marked as delivered or returned to the store, and refunds may not be available.
Pick-up orders should be collected within 20 minutes of the ready time. We'll do our best to keep your order warm, but quality is best when collected fresh.
If you order through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog, or any other delivery platform, that platform's terms apply to delivery, refunds, and customer service in addition to ours.
Once an order has entered our kitchen, we generally can't cancel it — those pizzas move fast. If you need to cancel, call us on (02) 0000 0000 as soon as possible.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or significantly late, contact us within 2 hours of delivery (or pick-up) and we'll make it right — typically with a remake, store credit, or a refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and other allergens. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we can't guarantee any item is completely allergen-free.
If you have a serious allergy, please tell us before ordering — call the store directly so we can talk you through options. We can't accept liability for allergic reactions when allergies haven't been disclosed at time of order.

To the extent permitted by law, Sandro's Pizzeria's total liability for any claim arising out of an order or use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits, lost data, or missed events) caused by a delayed or incorrect order, unless required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New South Wales, and you and we agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
